Orders Delivered Within 7 Days or Less, Subject to Stock Availability.

  • Shipping orders to all over the UK usually arrive within 4–5 working days after the order has been placed.
  • We offer free delivery on orders over £399 through our local van delivery service across Lancashire, Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Sheffield, Blackpool, Southport and Liverpool, typically within 2–3 working days.
  • If you have any questions, please contact us by clicking the WhatsApp button or call us on 01254 676132.
  • Please check your goods at the time of delivery or collection and report any damage, shortage, or issue within 48 hours.

  • Returns are accepted only if goods are defective or supplied incorrectly.
  • You must report any problem within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • We cannot accept returns of opened/used items, unsealed health or hygiene products, or sale/clearance items (unless faulty).
  • Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method and may take 5–10 working days.
  • Lost in transit (Royal Mail): We dispatch using Royal Mail. In the rare event a parcel is lost in transit, a refund will be issued once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost (or the parcel is returned to us). Royal Mail investigations can take 20–25 working days.
  • Customers pay return shipping unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Please use a tracked courier, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • We take reasonable care to ensure that prices, descriptions, availability and other product information are accurate. However, genuine administrative, technical or human errors may occasionally occur.
  • If we discover an incorrect price before accepting your order, we may contact you and give you the option either to purchase the affected product at the correct price or to cancel that product for a full refund of any amount paid.
  • We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
  • If we cannot contact you within a reasonable period, we may decline the affected item and refund any payment made for it.
  • Where an order has already been accepted, we will not normally cancel it merely because of a minor pricing error. However, where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we reserve any rights available to us under applicable law.
  • If you spot an error or have a question about products, delivery or returns, please contact us on:
