You must report any problem within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns of opened/used items, unsealed health or hygiene products, or sale/clearance items (unless faulty).
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method and may take 5–10 working days.
Lost in transit (Royal Mail): We dispatch using Royal Mail. In the rare event a parcel is lost in transit, a refund will be issued once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost (or the parcel is returned to us). Royal Mail investigations can take 20–25 working days.
Customers pay return shipping unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Please use a tracked courier, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
