Returns & Refunds

At Lancashire Suppliers Ltd, we aim to ensure that all customers receive products in excellent condition. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only if goods are damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly.

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of collection or delivery.

For courier deliveries, any damage or shortage must first be verified with our courier partner and is subject to inspection and approval by Lancashire Suppliers Ltd.

Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and condition.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Exclusions

Certain goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed items

  • Health, personal care, or hygiene products once unsealed

  • Sale or clearance items, unless proven faulty

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, such as bank transfer or card payment.

Refunds may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost in Transit

We dispatch using Royal Mail.

In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, a refund will only be issued once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost, or if the parcel is returned to us.

Please note that Royal Mail investigations may take approximately 20–25 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

  • Re-check your bank account or card statement

  • Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary

  • If you still have not received your refund, please email us at enquiries@lancashiresuppliers.co.uk with your order details

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please email enquiries@lancashiresuppliers.co.uk with your order number.

Shipping Returns

To return an item, please send it to our warehouse:

Unit 1D, Peter Street, Blackburn, BB1 5LH

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns.

Lancashire Suppliers Ltd does not accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
