At Lancashire Suppliers Ltd, we aim to ensure that all customers receive products in excellent condition. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only if goods are damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly.

  • All claims must be reported within 48 hours of collection or delivery.
  • For courier deliveries, damage/shortage must first be verified with our courier partner and is subject to inspection and approval by Lancashire Suppliers Ltd.
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Exclusions

Certain goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (food, drinks, confectionery, bakery goods) unless faulty.
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed items.
  • Health, personal care, or hygiene products once unsealed.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless proven faulty.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, card payment).
  • Refunds may take up to 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

  • Re-check your bank account or card statement.
  • Contact your bank or card provider (processing times vary).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email 📧 info@lancashiresuppliers.co.uk with your order number.

Shipping Returns

  • To return an item, please send it to our warehouse:📍 Unit 1D, Peter Street, Blackburn, BB1 5LH.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
  • Lancashire Suppliers Ltd does not guarantee responsibility for returns lost in transit.
