  • We cannot accept returns of opened/used items, unsealed health or hygiene products, or sale/clearance items (unless faulty).
  • Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method and may take 5–10 working days.
  • Lost in transit (Royal Mail): We dispatch using Royal Mail. In the rare event a parcel is lost in transit, a refund will be issued once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost (or the parcel is returned to us). Royal Mail investigations can take 20–25 working days.
  • Customers pay return shipping unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Please use a tracked courier, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
